Parties are held Saturday afternoons, from 12:30 - 2:15

Possibilities of a second party may be scheduled from 2:00 - 3:45

Fist party time slot must be filled before we can take a second.

Members Price: $100.00 for up to 15 children. $4.00 extra for each child if over 15.

Non Members Price: $120.00

A $25.00 deposit holds your spot and the balance is due the day of the party.

ALL children attending must be at least 4 years old 

 

                           We Supply ~

               1.   One hour planned activities with Berks Staff…

                          gymnastics, relay races, parachute, trampoline, fun and games

               2.   A party room including tables, chairs, tablecloths, brooms for clean up

               3.   A T-Shirt for the Birthday child

               4.   A free class pass as a thank-you for all children participating

               5.   A 10% off coupon for pizza from Mimmo’s Pizzeria across the street

 

                  You Supply ~

                  1.    Signed participation slips from all children attending.

                            (pick-up from Berks office or print here)

                2.   Food and paper supplies you are using in the party room

                             Ex. cake, ice cream, cups, napkins, paper plates, decorations

                3.   Supervision in the party room and clean up afterwards

 

                Be Sure to Include on the Invitation ~

                            You might also add “In front of Victor Immanuel’s”

                 2.   Permission slip with each invitation

                 3.   Drop off and pick up time

                 4.   Instruction  to wear gym or play clothes and have long hair tied back

 

Take Note ~ The parent hosting the party MAY be allowed on the gym floor for photos only - a signed waiver will be required.  Other parents and siblings must wait in the observation area.  When the gymnastic portion of the party is finished, no one is permitted to return into the gym area. 

Please remember, it is the parents responsibility to have the room cleaned up before leaving. Often we will be using the party room after you’ve finished, so plan your activities and allow time for clean up and to gather the children.
