introducing gymnastics to children who are walking to 3 years. An adult
must accompany the child.

A 45 minute class per week for ages 3 - 4. Includes instruction on
tumbling, bars, beam, trampolines and endless innovative use of
gymnastic equipment for the beginning gymnast.
Children must be potty trained to participate.

Drop your 3 - 6 year old child off for a fantastic 2 hour program
geared to physical activities and the arts. Included is 45 minutes of
gymnastics PLUS creative play, crafts, snack time, music and
other structured activities. Many parents welcome this program as an
addition to or instead of preschool programs.

1 hour recreational classes are
offered for ages 5 through teens. Instruction will be given on Vaulting,
Bars, Balance Beam and Floor. We also offer several different sized
trampolines and a ground level foam pit for tumbling into. After a brief
class warm-up, groups will practice on 3 of these events per class and
vary events from week to week to get a full experience on all of the
events.

suggested by Berks Staff members when they feel girls are properly
