2025 - 2026 School Year Class Schedule

Schedule begins September 2nd, 2025 and continues through June 21st, 2026.

There is an annual $30.00 registration fee per family.   Click here to view additional policies and procedures.

Once enrolled, your child will then be automatically enrolled in his/her selected class for all following months through June 21. You will not need to re-enroll each month, your child's space in class will be reserved unless you let us know you would like to drop the class. You must submit a drop request online or by email to the office if you do not wish to continue through June.

Students MUST be the required age before attending a class, regardless of teacher recommendations. The system will not allow students to enroll if they do not meet the minimum age.

WHY MIGHT RATES VARY FROM MONTH TO  MONTH?

To determine monthly tuition, the Customer Portal calculates the number of classes offered for that day, in a specific month. Some days in the month may have 4 weeks and some 5 weeks. Depending on the day of the week your class falls on, your billing could vary slightly that month. This pricing structure accounts for holidays and other predetermined gym closures, so make-ups are only needed for personal missed classes.​

CAN MY CHILD MAKE-UP CLASSES?

Yes, we offer 1 make up class each month. You must schedule your make up class before you come, and you must complete all make ups during the month the class was missed. Note: Holidays are calculated into the payment schedule, so no make-ups are permitted for these days.

HOW DO I SET UP AUTO PAY?

Once you have your account set up, click on the Payments Tab. You can select if you would like to be set up for monthly billing. Enter your credit card information and select the Opt-In to Recurring Billing button. Should you wish to un-enroll from recurring billing, simply deselect the option and pay manually each month.

HOW DO I CANCEL MY ENROLLMENT?

We require a 2 week notice of withdraw. You may submit a drop request via email or the Customer Portal to terminate enrollment; however, if you have not done so by the bill date, you will be charged until the last day of the selected month. Refunds will NOT be provided for parents who fail to withdraw before the end of the month. Please contact the gym if you need help withdrawing.
